Fast Turner:

• Fast Turner is an extremely compact automatic turner and aligner, with just 900 mm of length it enables to turn and align tiles upto 1200X1200 MM.
• The device is complete with 2 gear motor, 2 or 4 independent and adjustable guide drive units with high friction coefficient belts coated with tenax.
• Equiped with an electrical panel with PLC and HMI, 2 Omron inverters and 3 photocells for reversal and alignment.

With an innovating reversing gear system so there is this device that enables a fast turning and alignment of the tiles and thus making them perfectly aligned at the exit of the device and It also Includes Frame and supports for installation on the line.
